Transparent costs
Know what you are paying for.
You see team member's compensation, Talentbyte's fixed service fee and any agreed extras on your invoice. That makes it easier to compare options, plan the budget and understand changes over time.
A real-life sample from our senior engineers
€40 - €60 per hour
The majority of our clients' senior team members fall within this range. It is an indicative total service rate, with the actual figure depending on location, skills and experience.
A highly specialised role may sit outside the range. We start with your requirements and explain what is realistic at the cost level you have in mind.
Three things to understand on every invoice.
- Team member compensation.
- The agreed compensation and any applicable components of the working arrangement are visible. We explain how they translate into the proposed hourly or monthly cost.
- Talentbyte's fixed service fee.
- Our fee and the services it covers are stated separately in the proposal. Compensation changes or bonuses do not automatically increase the agreed fee.
- Optional services.
- Equipment, dedicated workspace, additional assessments or other specific support are agreed and priced where relevant. We make clear what is included before you commit.
Compare the full working arrangement
A headline rate does not tell you how much management time, administration or additional support the arrangement needs. Compare the role and seniority, the billable time, what happens during absence, and the services included.
For your decision, we can help compare the proposed setup with the alternative you are considering, using assumptions you can check.
What changes the cost?
- Skills and experience.
- Specialist knowledge, technical depth and the ownership required influence compensation.
- Location.
- Different talent markets offer different cost levels. We assess the actual role rather than apply a blanket country discount.
- Team composition.
- The right mix of senior and mid-level people can be more useful than filling every position at the same level.
- The support you need.
- Existing contractors, a newly recruited team and a dedicated local hub require different scopes.
Pricing questions
Is €40-€60 the team member's pay or the client rate?
It is an indicative total service rate for clients, before any separately agreed extras and applicable VAT. Your proposal shows the actual breakdown.
Is your fee a percentage of compensation?
We use a fixed service fee for the agreed service. The amount and scope are visible in your proposal.
Can we work with a monthly budget?
Yes. We can discuss hourly or monthly pricing and explain the working-time and absence assumptions behind the calculation.
How do time off, equipment and notice periods work?
These are defined in the agreed arrangement. We explain the cost treatment and the relevant terms before you start.
Can you help us work within a budget?
Yes. Share the work that needs to be done and the available budget. We can assess locations, role scope and seniority mix, and tell you where an adjustment may be needed.
