From the first conversation to a working team
- Understand the work.
- We discuss your product, business context, existing team, ways or working, culture and solutions that would help your tech scale.
- Shape the role and setup.
- We agree priorities, skills, seniority, location options, budget and responsibilities.
- Meet the right people.
- We source, screen and interview candidates. You interview the shortlist, assess technical fit and decide who joins. We conduct relevant background checks.
- Prepare the start.
- We coordinate agreements and agreed administration. Together we make sure the person knows their manager, responsibilities and onboarding plan.
- Support the relationship.
- We stay in contact with your leaders and the team members, help resolve practical issues and review what needs to change over time.
What ongoing support looks like
Regular contact helps us notice when expectations, workload, motivation or communication are becoming a problem. We discuss relevant concerns with the people involved and work on an appropriate response.
That could mean resolving a payment question, clarifying a role, supporting a compensation discussion or addressing a mismatch. We also help with practical changes as people join, move or leave.
We agree the contact people, meeting rhythm and escalation routes with you. The aim is straightforward: fewer unresolved issues reaching your engineering leaders and a better experience for the people doing the work.
Security and confidentiality fit the actual work
Before people start, we agree the relevant confidentiality and intellectual property terms, access arrangements and onboarding responsibilities. Client-specific security, privacy and training requirements are discussed as part of the setup.
Your organisation controls its development environment, system access and technical standards. Talentbyte coordinates the contractor obligations and supporting administration within the agreed scope.
If you have supplier due diligence requirements, share them early so we can work through them with the right people.
Practical questions
Who owns the work?
You own everything. All work done is your IP. Intellectual property and confidentiality arrangements are set out in the contracts. We work through the required rights between your team members, Talentbyte and your organization before work begins.
Can the setup change later?
Yes. Flexibility is built in in our model. You can scale up or down as your business requires it. We can discuss additional roles, different locations or a revised structure. Changes, notice periods and any transfer option follow the agreed commercial terms.
Do you take responsibility for delivering our software project?
Our standard service centres on client-managed people and teams. You retain responsibility for priorities and delivery. Any additional project responsibility is agreed separately for the specific situation.
