While a key part of their business offering, the 3rd party integration requests took a major amount of their product development teams time. Building and maintaining integrations was time away from their core product's development.

Together with our client, we set to build a dedicated team under Talentbyte, to fully focus on building and maintaining those 3rd party integrations that our client gets on a monthly level. With an initial key team member with extensive experience in place, Talentbyte quickly built an integrations team that fully handle's the integration development, takes care of communication to the client together with our client and is responsible for maintaining the integrations after successfully shipping them.
