How does Sourcer Pro compare to a typical recruitment service?

Recruitment companies essentially source and headhunt candidates for you to interview with very limited groundwork done while charging a premium rate. We source & match candidates based on the ICP we have put together while offering you a list of warm leads for a fair price. 

How many candidates are in a list? How are they presented? 

Great question! Since we work with the ICP and are focusing on quality over quantity, you can expect a minimum of 5 candidates per role. If the progress stalls or stops with one candidate, we replace them with a new lead to increase your chances of making a successful hire. The candidates are presented within our ATS and you have exclusive access to the pipeline. 

How does the communication work along the project? 

We are client and candidate focused and for these reasons we will schedule weekly calls to talk about the quality and progress of the candidates. Our goal is to make sure you receive all the support needed. We integrate into your Slack, Teams and offer you an extension to collaborate with us in our ATS, Teamtailor. 

Is there any exclusivity to the candidates after they are presented?

Yes, all the candidates we presented are considered to be Talentbyte candidates for the next 12 months and our 8% service fee is applicable if you decide to hire any of our candidates later, within the mentioned period. 

Do I only pay for the service when I hire?

Yes, correct. We don’t send an invoice unless the candidate we presented was hired.

Could we also interview the presented candidates? 

Yes, interviewing service can be acquired for an additional cost meaning the presented candidates would also be professionally interviewed before reaching the pipeline.
