We will meet to understand exactly who you are looking for and help put both technical-and cultural expectations on paper to start the search.
We have our own network and pool of warm candidates across Europe. All you have to do is reach out to the candidates in the pipeline to schedule the interviews.
All the presented candidates are open to changing jobs, have read your job description and position within your salary range. They are keen to hear more and engage in the process.
We have weekly catch-ups to make sure the candidates are progressing well, if there are any matters to take into consideration or something else that needs attention.
